Le Forum is the only French bilingual, socio-cultural, journal in the United States. It has become a major voice for Franco-Americans throughout Maine, and Nationally, as well as a unique vehicle for the dissemination of works and information by and about Franco-Americans.
Le Forum is published by The Franco-American Center at the University of Maine at Orono. The Franco-American Center is committed to the creations and development of a new Franco-American identity within a multicultural mosaic.
Le Forum est devenu un moyen de communication important pour les Francos qui se trouvent partout dans le Maine, et aussi ailleurs aux États Unis. Le Forum est publié par Le Centre Franco-Américain à l'Université du Maine, avec l'intention de créer une nouvelle prise de conscience franco-américaine qui permette que l'on soit en pleine possession de nos moyens dans une mosaïque culturelle.
